VKPAK automatic rotary capping (sealing) machine is new production, developed by our company years ago It equips positioning plate for interval running, capped by double magnetic moment rotating heads. The machine has practicability in field of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, foodstuff etc. It is real ideal equipment for bottle screw capping, also applied to seal aluminum cap, the ft proof cap, screw-thread cap, ROPP cap etc.

VKPAK rotary capping machine is used to work on medium and high productions, with a speed range that can vary from 30 up to 80 BpM.

These capping machines are extremely flexible and versatile and are able to work any kind of closure, from screw on to snap on cap, from dispenser to trigger pumps and push-pull cap. They are also modular as they can be integrated with different new bottles and caps at a later time.

VKPAK rotary cappers are completely customizable according to customer’s requirements, both in case they are inserted in a new production line or integrated in a in an existent one. During the design process, our technical department together with customer will study the best solutions to insert the machine into production plant.

These cappers are able to work different kind of containers, from the smallest ones, which are typical of cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry, to the biggest tanks for oil or detergents.

It is possible to adapt the layout of the machine to customer’s needs so that the machine is completely customizable: for example, the machine can work clockwise or anticlockwise, the cap feeder can be mounted above or beside the machine according the kind of cap to be worked and the production speed required.

VKPAK Rotary Cappers can be integrated with a great variety of optional which increase the performance of the machine and can fulfill specific requests.

These flexible rotary cappers continuously sort, apply, and torque caps to a variety of different container sizes and shapes. They comes standard with mechanical friction clutches to ensure that accurate and uniform torque values are applied to each container for optimal closure results. They can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines or tailored for your new project specs.

Note: this machine is suitable for screw capping for both plastic caps or aluminum caps if change the capping heads.

1. The VK_RC automatic capping machine is designed for closing various types of containers (made of plastic, glass and metal) with screw, press-on and pilfer proof caps, ROPP caps. The machine is especially suitable for use in the food-processing, cosmetic and chemical industries.

2. The machine can be equipped with different types of cap unscrambler (vibrating, rotary, belt type) depending on the type and size of the cap. For feeding the caps into the cap unscrambler the caps hopper is available.

3. For placing difficult caps onto the container neck the "Pick and Place" system can be used.

4. Working Function:

The containers are transferred to the star wheel by means of the conveyor. The star wheel (indexing type for one-head capper or continuous motion for multiple-head capper) takes the containers and carries them to the caps placing station and than to the closing head. The closing head tightens the cap with the necessary torque (if the head is of the pressure type, it will press the cap on the bottle neck by means of a spring unit). The torque can be set on the closing head by means of magnetic clutch. After completion of the closing process, the star wheel moves the container to next station for press the black small cap, after that the star wheel moves the container to the finish products conveyor.
