VKPAK provides a one-stop liquid filling solution. VKPAK liquid filling machines handle products ranging from oil to peanut butter. Our products are widely used in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemicals, cosmetic industries and etc. There are four technologies used to fill a container with a measured amount of liquid product; gravity fillers, pump fillers, piston filler, and fill by weight.
Some products are chunky or have particulates. Other products are stringy or foam during the filling process. VKPAK products are custom tailored to deal with these issues and still provide fast and accurate fill levels.
Metered output fillers are piston fillers or positive displacement pump fillers. Piston fillers pull product into a piston and then expel the product into a container. The fill level is determined by the piston diameter and the stroke length. VKPAK has entry level machines that fill a single bottle at a time or high end machines that can fill 16 containers with automated container handling.
VKPAK pinch series products are timed flow fillers ranging from an entry level machine to an automated machine that can fill up to twelve containers per cycle. The pinch series machines have adjustable flow rates at each nozzle to ensure that individual containers are filled to the proper level.
Positive displacement pump fillers count pump shaft rotations to determine the fill level.
Liquid weight fillers work on one container at a time and are for larger containers.
