The machine is control by touch screen, parameter can be set on touch screen very easily. It is very flexible for different sizes of round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles by adjustment. The main structure is made of durable 304 stainless steel. Capping time can be set to fit different caps and different levels of tightness.

The amount of torque a capping machine can apply to a cap is limited by the amount of grip that the capping machine can generate on the cap. The greater the grip, the greater the amount of torque the capping machine will be able to apply to the cap and the greater the torque repeatability you will be able to achieve on each cap.

The VKPAK automatic cap tightener features a touchscreen display and easy to navigate menu. It displays real time production information, including the number of caps it has tightened and the production rate in bottles per minute. All program adjustments are at your fingertips to provide you with complete control over the capping machine. Capping programs can be saved and stored for future use.

The capping heads installed on the VKPAK automatic chuck capping machine are the same capping heads installed on our VKPAK capping machines. These capping heads have a long and well-respected track record for delivering precision torque control and repeatable torque accuracy. The torque output is easily adjustable by rotating an external torque dial. We will custom build your capping head to match the torque requirements of the caps you will be tightening. Optional oil-free capping heads, stainless steel capping heads or exhaust capture capping heads are also available.
