Macchina riempitrice automatica a trabocco a bassa viscosità VK-OF

Come funziona:
Il lato di mandata (blu scuro) di un ugello a due componenti viene utilizzato per pompare il prodotto nel contenitore. Quando il contenitore si riempie fino all'altezza di riempimento desiderata, il prodotto in eccesso e la schiuma vengono espulsi dal contenitore (frecce rosse) attraverso il lato di ritorno, verso il serbatoio di origine del prodotto.

Applicazione:
Questo tipo di riempitrice è particolarmente indicato per liquidi con viscosità da bassa a media. È possibile riempire anche liquidi con particelle solide non superiori a 1/16". Si noti che le riempitrici a traboccamento sono le macchine più indicate per la movimentazione di prodotti molto schiumosi a velocità elevate.

Esempi:
Salse, sciroppi, gel e shampoo leggeri, detergenti schiumogeni e prodotti chimici, acqua e altre bevande acquose non gassate.
