The flat sticker labeling machine is utilized to label one side of the flat containers; or full and partial wrap around labels on various dimensions of other containers. This robust machine has a smooth stainless steel finish, which also includes the mainframe. It is the most user friendly equipment, with a capacity of labeling 30 to 350 units per minute; as per the size of the product and label. The speed also depends on the stable movement of the container on the machine conveyor at a higher speed. The machine can use labels with a minimum length of 12 mm and a height that ranges from 8 mm to 70/90/120/150 mm. Usually the roll diameter is 300 mm and the core diameter is 75 mm. Whereas the gap between the two labels is approximately 3 mm. Further, it has a built-in automatic label length detecting system that eliminates the system of manually feeding and storing the details of the label length into the memory and retrieving the same data when the label size is changed and the machine is restarted. This modern system saves overall cost, precious time, avoids machine down time, and enables to achieve higher productivity. This model is available with an optional sturdy glass or acrylic safety cabinet. Actually it fulfils all the basic needs of the typical machine required in the current market.
